6 walnuts (~¾ oz)
1 peach (~6 oz)
5 oz ricotta cheese
optional: ¼ tsp cinnamon
Preheat oven on high heat (400 °F / 200 °C).
Line a baking tray with baking paper. Cut peaches and place them on the baking tray, cut side up.
Mix ricotta and cinnamon in a bowl.
Bake peaches for 15 to 20 minutes.
Spoon mixture into peach cavities.
Top peaches with chopped walnuts.
